When she is at home, he does an hour long workouts on Pilates reformer machines four times a week, including 32 reps each of 20 different leg and butt exercises and five ab exercises.

When she is touring, she does swim and do alternating seven laps each of the crawl, breaststroke, butterfly and sidestroke daily. Plus: Hilary Duff uses water bottles to do arm exercise, like bicep curls!
