My Poem Dedicated to Daisy |

Here's a poem I composed for Daisy before she left for Australia.
Knowing that you'll be leaving makes me sad
Knowing you'll be more happy makes me glad
Eventhough I've only known you for a few months
It feels like I've known you far more than enough
Though I don't know you pretty well
Never did I doubt as far as I can tell
You are fun to be with
You are a person full of glee
Not a dull moment is spent
Once a person is connecting to thee
Talking to you was never boring
Teaching you was never hard
I just hope that with your short stay
You learned something that you will always keep in your heart.
Thanks for being a good team player.
Thanks for the memories.
And thanks for being a good friend.
Always stay happy and take care.
May you always have good health.
And I wish you the best in all your future endeavors. |
