Dancing Filipino jail inmates in Cebu Philippines became famous in Youtube! The prisoners dances to the hits of Michael Jackson's "Thriller" in bright orange uniforms.
The video was shot in the Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC). The approach to rehabilitation is discipline, physical fitness, dismantling of the culture of corruption and preemptive decongestion.
